Filter on existing customers

There are various ways to create a segment for existing customers; however, the simplest of these methods suffices for the current case study. Namely, we just need to create a segment of users that started on the ad landing page and directly then continued to the login for the existing customer area. 

In some Experience Analytics tools, you can create this segment instantly from the Journey Analysis. It requires an ability to specify a navigation path type filter, i.e., we don’t want to look at users that viewed other pages between the landing page and the login into the customer area.
